This machine tool is a special machine tool designed to process the ends of steel pipe of belt conveyor. It is suitable for all kinds of rollers produced at home and abroad (cast iron or punching bearing seat).The machine adopts mechanical fast clamping device, reliable clamping, simple and convenient adjustment of clamping force, hydraulic drive of cutter feed, adjustable speed without electrode, and hydraulic synchronous loop of right and left two feed cylinders, which can feed at the same time and return the cutter at the same time.
The radial feed adopts manual operation, which can be adjusted precisely according to the machining requirements. It is equipped with a hydraulic automatic tool mechanism, which can automatically let the cutter when it is fed to a predetermined position. Avoid scratching the machined surface. The control system based on the imported programmable controller (PLC) is used for electrical control.
The equipment has the advantages of wide application, high reliability and high working efficiency. It is especially suitable for the processing and production of batch rollers.
